A brand strategy for a 12-year-old wedding photography and film studio from Jabalpur. Its Reels already reach millions, but the brand itself is hard to remember.

Purpose Start from what a couple actually sees when they land on the Instagram profile.

12 years, 500+ weddings and shoots in five countries. That’s strong credibility, but right now it sits in the bio as a line of emoji.
Editorial portraits (the “Vogue” bride and “The groom” posts) and funny, real Hinglish Reels. Both already pull views.
A pastel watercolour logo, maroon velvet highlights, beige editorial posts, and Reel text in neon yellow, purple script and pink. Nothing ties them together.
The logo says “by Snapbyte”, the link goes to linktr.ee/snapbyte, and the profile name is Wedding Lensation. A new visitor doesn’t know which brand they’re booking.
Highlights are named with couple initials (K&P, H&S, M&M), which mean nothing to a stranger. There’s no “Packages”, “How to book” or “Destination” highlight, and the link is a long tracking URL.
Purpose Use the studio’s own Reel numbers to see what people actually watch, and what they skip.
Top Reel: a candid moment of the couple laughing, with a “POV” caption
Second: guests holding up phone torches, a real emotional moment
Median views per Reel across 30 Reels, so a normal Reel already reaches about 3× the follower count
Followers. Roughly — views for every follower
Millions of people have seen Wedding Lensation’s work. Very few know its name.
Viral Reels bring strangers in, but nothing tells them who made the video, why this studio is different, or how to book. The watermark is tiny, the logo doesn’t read at small sizes, and every Reel looks different. The strategy below is about turning views into recall, and recall into enquiries.
The bar scale tops out at 60K so the everyday Reels are readable. The two viral Reels run off the scale (striped). Views are as shown on the public profile; client faces and names are left out on purpose.
Purpose Turn the audit into clear changes the team can start this month.
About 10M views, 3,463 followers. Viewers enjoy the Reel and scroll on.
A consistent end card (logo + “Follow for real shaadi moments”), a visible watermark, and a pinned comment pointing to the booking highlight.
Watercolour, leaves, a frame, rings and a tiny “by Snapbyte” all fight in a 110px circle, and the watermark is unreadable on Reels.
Keep the name and the rings, drop the rest. A WL monogram for the profile picture and watermark (see section 06).
Pastel logo, velvet highlights, beige posts, neon Reel text. The feed doesn’t feel like one studio.
The highlight covers and editorial posts are the strongest visuals. Make them the system: one palette, one serif, one Reel text style.
Wedding Lensation and Snapbyte both appear, so trust and search split between them.
Use Wedding Lensation everywhere couples look. Keep Snapbyte as the company name on invoices and the website footer (“A Snapbyte studio”), not in the logo.
12 years, 500+ weddings, Mumbai + Jabalpur and destination weddings in five countries are buried in emoji.
A rewritten bio, a “Destination” highlight and a regular proof post (“Wedding no. 501”).
Highlights named by initials, no packages or process, a long tracking link.
Highlights renamed (Book a date, Films, Brides, Real Shaadi, Destination, Reviews), a clean link, and a “Check your date” call to action on every post.
Purpose Name the one thing Wedding Lensation already does better than local studios, then build everything around it.
The “Vogue” bride, “The groom”: polished, editorial frames to frame on the wall.
Dads sounding like Jethalal, the bride saying “no more photos”, the phone-torch moment. Their Reels prove people love this.
Most studios pick one. Wedding Lensation does both.
For families in Central India and couples planning weddings in Mumbai or abroad, Wedding Lensation is the 12-year photography and film team that delivers editorial portraits and the real, funny, emotional shaadi, all in one story.
The core market. They value experience, every ritual covered, and a team they can trust. Proof: 12 years, 500+ weddings.
Instagram-first, want editorial style and Reels they can share. Proof: the views and the editorial grid.
Higher budgets, need a team that has done it before abroad. Proof: Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, UAE.
Audiences are drawn from the locations and work on the profile. Validate with where actual enquiries come from.
Purpose Pull the look from Wedding Lensation’s own best work, so the brand feels like the photos.

Velvet maroon
Sandstone

Ivory
Warm glowAll images are crops from Wedding Lensation’s own posts. Faces are left out on purpose.
For the logo, Reel titles, couple names and album covers. Close to the serif already used on the editorial posts.
For captions, Reel subtitles and small text. Replaces the mix of neon and script fonts in Reels.
Purpose A logo that reads in a profile circle and as a Reel watermark, while keeping what people already associate with the studio.
TodayThe two rings from today’s logo become the “o” in Lensation. Familiar, but built into the name.
No watercolour brush, leaves, frame box or “by Snapbyte” in the mark.
An italic serif in the same family as the editorial posts, so logo and feed match.
Ivory on maroon, taken from the highlight covers, which are already the most “on brand” thing on the profile.
Purpose Keep the two sides of the brand (editorial and fun) in one recognisable voice.
| Where | Sounds like | Avoid |
|---|---|---|
| Editorial post | “The groom. Ivory, calm, ready.” | Long captions full of hashtags and emoji |
| Fun Reel | “POV: bride ne bola 5 minute aur.” (Hinglish, real, quick) | Jokes that make fun of the couple or family |
| Bio & ads | “12 years. 500+ weddings. Jabalpur, Mumbai & abroad.” | “Enveloped 500+ weddings” (unclear wording) |
| DM reply | “Congratulations! Which dates and city? We’ll check availability today.” | Sending a price list with no conversation |
Purpose Make the profile do the selling when a viral Reel sends people to it.
